06.30.04 Art Gala and Fundraiser Benefiting the UN Decade of Education for Sustainable DevelopmentJune 30, 2004 New York CityOn June 30th, eight internationally recognized contemporary artists put works up for sale to support the Decade's mission of global education, including Kip Frace, known for his brightly colored pop art. Designated an official artist of the United States Partnership for the UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development, Kip Frace unveiled his 20' mural entitled “Evolution” at the event. Dedicating proceeds from the sale of the original as well as the limited edition prints, Kip intends for “Evolution” to promote awareness of sustainability.
